Dear Yuletide Writer,
Hi! Thank you so much for writing a story for me. I love all of these fandoms and can’t wait to read what you write!
Here are some general likes and dislikes that might be helpful.
Likes: character-driven stories, romance, female friendships, slow burn, best friends who fall in love, banter and bickering, fake relationship tropes. I have a preference for happier/more hopeful endings. I really love AUs, but for the purpose of this exchange, I would prefer to receive AUs only where specified in the requests. If you have any questions on this or anything else, ask the mods and I’ll be happy to answer!
Dislikes: misogyny, noncon or dubcon, major character death (you can use anything that’s already canon of course), character bashing, excessive embarrassment, unrequited female pining, nice guysTM.
I can be found on AO3 and goodreads. I don’t use Tumblr or LJ much anymore, but they are also there if you want to get a better idea of things I have written in the past. All my past Yuletide letters are available either here or on LJ.

Request #1: Bandstand - Oberacker/Oberacker & Taylor
Characters: Julia Trojan, Donny Novitski
I adored this show, and I am already planning to go back to see it during the encore screenings in November. I love the relationship between Donny and Julia, and I just want to see more of it. I’d love to see anything from missing moments during the show to how their relationship develops after the show ends. I also love rest of the band and Julia’s mother as well, so any combination of them would be a welcome inclusion.
Request #2: Bridgertons Series - Julia Quinn
Characters: Simon Bassett, Daphne Bridgerton
Simon and Daphne have always been my favorites from this series for reasons I can’t even really explain. (Okay, they do combine two of my all-time favorite tropes in fake dating and older sibling’s best friend!) I’m always sorry we see so little of them through the rest of the series, so I’d love anything that gives me more.
I’d love to see missing scenes/moments from the book itself, especially from their fake courtship period, or something that explores their lives after the book, either just them or with their children. I’d also love to see something that includes some of Daphne’s family, in particular Violet or Anthony and Kate. (FWIW, my other favorite pairings from the series are Benedict and Sophie and Michael and Francesca.)
If AUs are your thing, I would also love to read an AU for Simon and Daphne. A modern AU would be a lot of fun! I also love spies/undercover AUs, modern royalty AUs, and Harry Potter/Hogwarts AUs, and I would be happy to read any of those.
Request #3: Fuller House
Characters: Becky Donaldson Katsopolis, Jesse Katsopolis, Pamela Katsopolis
Jesse and Becky were one of my very first ships, and I still love seeing them whenever they pop up on Fuller House. I’d love to read anything about them over the years, from the beginning of their relationship to their newly-expanded family. How do they adjust to being parents of a young child again after Nicky and Alex are mostly grown? How is it different now that the family doesn’t all live together? How do Nicky and Alex adjust? (I’d like to see more from Nicky and Alex than their one brief cameo on Fuller House thus far.) How do they keep their relationship strong after all these years? Anything about their relationship and their family would be wonderful!
Request #4: Persuasion - Jane Austen
Characters: Anne Elliot, Frederick Wentworth, Sophia Croft, Admiral Croft
This is a recycled request from several years ago. Persuasion is one of my all-time favorite books and love stories, and I would love to see more about the relationship between Anne and Frederick.
My specific request is for something after the end of the book. I included Admiral Croft and Sophia because I love them and I would really love to see their reaction to the relationship between Anne and Frederick and maybe something about them welcoming her into their family. If you'd rather just write about Anne and Frederick though, I would be more than open to that. Anything from Frederick continuing to write Anne love letters because the last one he wrote worked so well, to general gross domestic fic, to Anne learning to love her new life as a navy captain's wife, as well as her new friends and family, and them finally able to be happy together after all these years.
