Hi! Thank you so much for writing a story for me. I love all of these fandoms and can’t wait to read what you write!
Here are some general likes and dislikes that might be helpful.
Likes: character-driven stories, romance, female friendships, slow burn, best friends who fall in love, banter and bickering, fake relationship tropes. I have a preference for happier/more hopeful endings. I really love AUs, but for the purpose of these requests, I would prefer to receive AUs only where specified in the requests. If you have any questions on this or anything else, ask the mods and I’ll be happy to answer!
Dislikes: misogyny, noncon or dubcon, major character death (you can use anything that’s already canon of course), character bashing, excessive embarrassment, unrequited female pining.
I can be found on AO3 and goodreads. I don’t use Tumblr or LJ much anymore, but they are also there if you want to get a better idea of things I have written in the past. All my past Yuletide letters are available on LJ.

Request #1: Bandstand - Oberacker/Oberacker & Taylor
Characters: Julia Trojan, Donny Novitski
I just adored this show, especially Donny and Julia and their relationship. I left the theater both times I saw the show just wanting to stay in their world for a little while longer, to see how they make things work and how their lives go from that point forward.
Request #2: Betsy-Tacy Series - Maud Hart Lovelace
Characters: Betsy Ray, Tacy Kelly, Tib Muller, Joe Willard
I have requested and received Betsy-Tacy on more than one occasion before, but it’s a go to request for me for a reason. If AUs are your thing, I would love to read a modern AU for this series, especially one set in college or in that immediate post-college/new adult time frame. If AUs aren't your thing, any canon verse fic would also be wonderful. You don’t need to include all four characters I requested, but I would particularly love to read about either the three girls or Betsy and Joe.
Also please feel free to include any of the other members of the Crowd as necessary! I love the strong friendships that the girls have, and how that is the foundation that runs through the entire series. Betsy/Joe is my favorite ship, although I love Carney/Sam and enjoy what we see of Tacy and Harry and Tib and Jack.
Request #3: Brooklyn Bruisers Series - Sarina Bowen
Characters: Leo Trevi, Georgia Worthington, Nate Kattenberger, Becca Rowley
One of my favorite contemporary romance series that I’ve read in the past year or so! Georgia and Leo’s book also happens to be a particularly excellent Brooklyn-set story, which is something I always really enjoy. I would be thrilled to read a story about either of these couples, or if you wanted to write a story about them double dating or just hanging out together (they get super competitive on game night), I’d love to read that too.
If you want to write about just Nate/Becca, I’d love to read backstory that covers how their relationship (and feelings!) developed. One of the things I really enjoy about this pairing is that he’s more aware of his feelings and she’s more in denial (although obviously the feelings are there for her too)! Anything that touches on the time either before the series starts or behind-the-scenes moments we didn’t see during the books themselves would be great.
I’d also love to read about them getting together and adjusting to their new relationship. On this front, I will say that I was not a huge fan of how their relationship developed in Pipe Dreams. This is possibly because it was done so much off-page, so if you wanted to fill in some of the blanks and show me what was really going on then, I would enjoy that!
For Georgia and Leo, they really just worked for me from the beginning, and reconnecting with a lost love is one of my favorite tropes. I don’t have anything specific I want from them other than more. I’d love to see them building a life together, enjoying time with each other and their friends and being in New York.
Request #4: Designated Survivor (TV)
Characters: Emily Rhodes, Aaron Shore
There are so many relationships on this show that I enjoy, but I think this one is my favorite. Although my request focuses more on romance, I also really enjoy their friendship. But I am only human and Person A watching Person B play a musical instrument is my kryptonite. I cannot lie. I also really appreciate that this year, Emily is the chief of staff and technically Aaron reports to her.
I would love to see what a potential romantic relationship looks like between them! Does it start as friends with benefits? How do they find time for each other outside the demands of their jobs? I’d really love to read a story about them sneaking around and trying to keep their relationship a secret from all of their colleagues (even though they all definitely already know).
I really love Seth and Hannah as well as the Kirkmans (the whole family really), so I would welcome them being part of whatever story you write.
Request #5: Newsies!: the Musical - Fierstein/Menken
Characters: Katherine Plumber Pulitzer, Jack Kelly
I loved this show when I first saw it on Broadway, and I’m so happy it’s on Netflix now so I can watch it whenever I want! Katherine and Jack’s relationship really works for me. They’re both trying to forge their place in the world, but they’re also from such different backgrounds. How do they navigate that? Does he go on to draw political cartoons? And what about her career - how does she deal with the obstacles she faces as a woman in journalism?
Mostly I am just interested in what happens next for these two and how their relationship fits into their two very different lives and backgrounds, so anything that touches on that would be wonderful!
Request #6: Timeless (TV 2016)
Characters: Lucy Preston, Wyatt Logan
I am so excited this show got un-canceled! This was one of my favorite new shows last year, and I can’t wait to get more of it. I’d be thrilled reading anything about these two, from time travel shenanigans (seriously, just pick a historical event and send them there, and feel free to send Rufus and Jiya along too because they are also wonderful) to exploring their relationship back in the present day.
If you go the exploring-their-relationship route, what does that look like? How does he truly move on from his quest to bring back his wife? Does she ever find out more about the fiance she had in this altered universe, how they met and what her life was like? How does she deal with that? And how do they eventually move forward together, especially as they always end up in the crosshairs of Rittenhouse?
